This is a 100% natural latex non-skid rub backing designed for use with fiber crafts.  Ideal for latch hook rugs, tufted (punch) rugs, tapestry, stitchery, macrame or older tired rugs or other fiber crafts.  "under rug" adds body and stability without stiffness to wall hangings so they lay smooth and flat.
